What is a SANParks Account?

A SANParks Account gives you access to Online Bookings, SANParks Rewards, Wild Card, Gate Tickets and Activity Permits, allowing you to manage your reservations, Wild Card subscriptions, and profiles in a safe and secure environment.

I tried to create an account but received errors

An error might be due to a temporary technical issue with our Reservations or CRM system. Submit a support ticket via our Account Assistance form, providing information on the error you received.

You do not need to create a new account for Wild Card if you already have an Online Bookings account, as the same SANParks Account will provide access to your Account Summary page from which you can access the Wild Card loyalty site.

I tried to create an account but it says my Email Address, South African ID Number or Passport Number already exists

Your details are linked to an existing account. Use the Reset Password page to reset your password.

If you no longer have access to the email address that you signed up with, please submit a support ticket via our Account Assistance form.

You do not need to create a new account for Wild Card if you already have an Online Bookings account, as the same SANParks Account will provide access to your Account Summary page from which you can access the Wild Card loyalty site.

I have an Online Bookings profile. Do I need to create a new SANParks Account?

No, you do not need to create a new account. If you have an existing Online Bookings profile then you can proceed to sign in.

Sign in issues originate from problems such as email sharing, and duplicate or archived accounts. For further help, please submit a support ticket via our Account Assistance form.

Some of the personal details of my account profile are incorrect

Some of your details may not be changed online. If any of these details are incorrect, please submit a support ticket to update them.

I would like to delete my SANParks account

Please send an account deletion request to webmaster@sanparks.org from the email address that you signed up with.
